Progress

Latest News
We've signed a development agreement for 1913 Spaulding Court. A group of nice people will be contributing all the materials and labor required to finish the place. You can watch their progress here. In exchange, they'll receive free rent for a year and low rent for the subsequent seven years. We've begun planning the rest of the project in earnest and are taking on new board members, if you'd like to play a part in helping us figure out how to grow our little village, please don't hesitate to contact jon@spauldingcourt.com
Finance
We're currently refinancing $53,000 of debt by offering 5% interest on a 10 year note. We'll use a 20 year schedule which comes to a $6.60 monthly payment and $620 lump at the 10th year for each $1,000 invested. Call 313.288.9255 if you're interested or write jon@spauldingcourt.com.
